DHS Announces Re-Registration Process for Current

Venezuela Temporary Protected Status Beneficiaries Individuals re-registering must do so during the 60-day re-registration process period from September 8, 2022 to November 7, 2022 Venezuelans who arrived after March 8, 2021, are not eligible for TPS.


-February 7, 2022

EOIR (Immigration Court) reminds interested stakeholders that hearings on February 8, 2022, and beyond will proceed as scheduled, subject to local operational and case-specific decisions.

USCIS announces that effective October 1, 2021, applicants subject to the immigration medical examination must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the civil surgeon can complete an immigration medical examination and sign Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
